OPINION: Honorable Belumi’s Empowerment Initiative: A Stone That Kills Two Birds

Upon reflection, I have come to realize that this empowerment program has a dual impact. Not only does it support the financially disadvantaged, but it also benefits local artisans. By paying trainers to equip others, the initiative creates a ripple effect where both trainees and trainers emerge as beneficiaries.

I wholeheartedly commend this visionary project, particularly for promoting local patronage, empowering one’s own community by investing in its people.
