Infrastructural Development: Tanke Junction, Ilorin Begins To Wear New Look
Kwara State Government, says rehabilitation and upgrading of Tanke Junction-General Tunde Idiagbon bridge has begun.
This is contained in a statement released by the Senior Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq on New Media, Olayinka Fafoluyi and obtained by S.A.M NEWS on Monday.
The statement says aside from the ongoing road upgrade, setbacks are being reclaimed along the route, while streetlights and several other projects are also lined up for execution before the bridge is finally commissioned on yet to be announced date.
The Governor AbdulRazaq-led administration has since completed the General Tunde Idiagbon bridge, emphasises that it is now ready for commissioning.
It would be recalled that in the last five years, Governor AbdulRazaq has embarked on the construction of two bridges, constructed, rehabilitated and upgraded some roads across the state, to ease vehicular movement.
