Kwara Music Fiesta: Senator Mustapha Throws Weight Behind Event, Makes Generous Donation


The forthcoming Kwara Music Fiesta has received a boost from the lawmaker representing Kwara Central at the National Assembly, Senator Saliu Mustapha with the donation of one million naira.
This was evident during the curtesy visit of the Executives of Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, PMAN, Kwara State chapter to remind the Senator of the important event.
In his usual habit of putting smile to the faces of his constituents, Senator Mustapha who is also the Turaki of Ilorin noted that such program of that magnitude must be supported and embraced because of its similarity with the culture of Ilorin Emirate.
The lawmaker noted that he would continue to encourage more meaningful programs that would enhance youth productivity and talent exhibition towards achieving a better society.
Receiving the one million naira donation, the Chairman of the association in the state, Alhaji Ismaila Adisa Owala on behalf of the association appreciated Senator Mustapha for his usual and continuous financial support for the association and others even beyond his constituency, noting that the donation will go a long way in moving the association forward.
In their show of appreciation, song rendition took over the atmosphere at the scene and prayers were offered for the Senator, seeking God’s grace and more wisdom for him to further extend his hands of kindness to other people.
The anticipated Kwara Music Fiesta is scheduled to hold between Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th November, 2024 at Monarch Event Centre, Ajase-Ipo road, Ilorin where Senator Mustapha is expected to grace the occasion as the special guest of honor.
