Misha Events Rewards Employees, Makes Staff Welfare Big Deal
Need for employers of labour to always encourage and exhibit good character towards their employees rather than enslaving them have been advocated.
Director of human resources and administration, Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, head office, Dr. Lukman Olatunbosun Emiola made the call at the second edition of end of the year party, award presentation and Empowerment scheme of Misha Event in Ilorin, Kwara State capital.
Dr. Emiola who emphasised that every employee deserve to be loved and celebrated not only by their salaries but in other forms to motivate, encourage and have sense of belonging.
FAAN director of human resources and administration, who also doubles as the chairman of the occasion appreciated the CEO of Misha Event, Dr. Aminat Olatundun Emiola for her countless kind gesture towards her staff members.
In her brief lecture titled: “promoting health, safety, mental wellbeing and safety development in catering profession”, Dr. Kafayat Adeola Jiddah explaind that proper hygiene in food processing is paramount.
She adviced employees of catering and event planners to prioritize their health, nothing that, they are replaceable at any given time if anything happened to them as a result of failure to paying attention to their health.
Dr. Jiddah who is a seasoned health consultant while lamenting that some caterers use rough equipment for food processing in a dirty environment, commended Misha Events for maintaining high standards in their services delivery.
While unveiling a grinding machine, dummy check of 200,000 and 100,000 naira to empower three of her workers, the CEO of Misha Event Dr. Aminat Olatundun Emiola said the major purpose is to give a renewed hope and contribute to the development of their lives.
S.A.M NEWS correspondent reports that notable individuals and corporate organisations were present where award and certificate of recognition were given to appreciate people’s support toward the growth of Misha Events.
Among the awadees included Mr. Nasir Abdulsalam and Mr Ayo Agbogun of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Abdullateef Zakariyah Olawuwo of Harmony FM, Idofian, Alhaja Basheerah Gold, Alhaja Hadiza ESU of ESU Restaurant, Hajia Maryam Kawu Agaka of Riyamgold and Hajia Zulikha Tambaruk.
