Oke-Ode Clerics Call For Collective Responsibilities Of Indigenes

Indigenes of Oke-Ode, Ifelodun local government area of Kwara State, home and in diaspora have been admonished to accord priority to the welfare and progress of their native land in all endeavors.

Religious leaders at the special interdenominational prayer session organized by the Oke Ode Community Development Association, Ilorin branch, Alhaji Sheik AbdulRaufu Balogun and Reverend Abiodun Adenigba gave the admonition.

In their separate messages at the program held in Ilorin on at the weekend, the clerics emphasized that unity, love and togetherness are vital key drivers of community development, urging all Sons and Daughters of Oke-Ode land to embrace unity, love, and togetherness for the overall development of the community.

While offering their special prayers, they were of the opinion that collective responsibilities would accelerate lasting developments in the community.

In his contribution, the Ilorin branch Chairman of the Oke Ode Community Development Association, Alhaji Saka Ojinmi, called on members to support the association by attending meetings regularly and contributing to its growth.
