Shehu Sani who expressed his displeasure over the incident on Sunday noted that South Africans are ignorant of the historic role of Nigeria in their struggle for liberation and they are also ignorant of the multi billion dollar South Africa investments in Nigeria.

Cyril Ramaphosa was over the week under fire when many of South Africans were kicking over the recent decision of their President to relax visa rules for Nigerian businessmen and tourists.

Some were even asking Ramaphosa to resign for selling the country to Nigeria on the strength of a part of the deal that allows that category of Nigerians to apply for a visa with only a copy of their passport during visa application processes and the original document submitted later.
